POLICY

Technical support is provided by email only to existing SHEAR7 JIP members and User Group members. Email will normally be replied to within one or two business days. Technical support is limited to clarification of ambiguities in the user guide or questions regarding potential bugs in the operation of the program. Assistance beyond the scope of the operation of the program, such as, VIV analysis advice, modeling approaches or interpretation of analysis results is not included. Additional design and analysis services can be obtained through a consulting agreement to undertake discrete scopes of work as per those listed on the consulting section of this website. Please contact AMOG for a short form consultancy agreement, if interested.

Please note: the general issue of a SHEAR7 licence takes approximately 4 days from the time a contract and purchase order have been exchanged. If you require a licence urgently, AMOG can facilitate the rapid issue of a temporary licence. Dependent on location, AMOG endeavour to have a temporary licence on client premises the day after a purchase order and contract have been exchanged. Additional fees and charges apply for each rapid issue of a temporary licence.
